REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS

Albums and Custom made products (any items designed specifically for any individual) cannot be returned or exchanged unless: (1) there is an evident and obvious manufacturer defect, and/or (2) damage was sustained during shipment (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received), or (3) an error was made as to the size/color/style of your package or book. Claims due to damage, defect or error must be reported to the studio within 2 business days of receipt.

REFUND POLICY FOR PHOTO SHOOTS

In case of camera failure, inclement weather or any other unforeseen incident that prevents us from shooting on a scheduled date, you will get your choice of a rescheduled session or full refund of your deposit (if applicable).

In the event you need to reschedule the date, please contact our studio as soon as possible.

Our goal is to provide you with beautiful images that you will love today and treasure tomorrow.
